The SPE-04+ has 2 fractions per sample and can be configured to do up to 10 fractions for 8 samples. This is very useful for method development
CALCULATED SAMPLE PLUNGER INCREMENTS
When taking samples, the plungers move down at calculated increments to ensure that only the tips are ever in contact with the samples. A cleaning step can be added after sample loading to clean the plunger tips
NITROGEN DRYING
Nitrogen drying of sorbent material can be programmed into the methods. This step can be time-controlled or until the user wishes to resume. The flow meter can be adjusted up to 2.5L/min
SOLVENT/SAMPLE MIXING
Two solvents can be mixed at specified ratios to enable gradient elution. Samples can also be mixed with internal standards or solvents for sample modification
